Sumer has around 30 years in hydrocarbons, LNG, pipelines and infrastructure, with project controls roles at Engineers India, Reliance, Larsen & Toubro, Bechtel, Samsung and WorleyParsons. On Reliance's Jamnagar refinery he led scheduling and risk management for the marine terminal and tank farm packages, helping compress a seven-year build to three and a half years.
